TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All quotations are subject to change without notice and subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • The final cost will be confirmed at the time of booking and/or deposit by the client.
  • Hotel check in time (Check in) 15:00 hrs. (Subject to hotel availability).
  • Hotel check out time (Check out) 12:00 hrs. (Subject to hotel availability).
  • For domestic flights, passengers must present themselves 02 hours before departure with their official documents.
  • For international flights, passengers must present themselves 03 hours before departure with their official documents.
  • In order to travel internationally, the passenger must have a visa and/or passport with a minimum validity of 6 months contemplating the return date of the trip.
  • It is the passenger’s responsibility the immigration status, therefore, he/she must have official identification, passport, visa, vaccinations, etc. valid at the time of check-in at the hotel/flight/cruise/tourist package requested. The passenger must present the documents provided by the travel agency at the time of validation of the requested services.
  • In case of strike, war, riots, natural disasters, and/or impossibility of the air/land/shipping company to provide the booked service, the only responsibility of the operator will be to provide guidance, support and assistance to the passenger. Refunds, reconfirmation of services and particular issues depend on each case and restrictions of the package purchased.
  • All passengers are subject to the decisions of the immigration authorities of each country, so the operator has no responsibility for the consequences of the actions of such agencies.

Payment Policies

For payment of your reservation, we accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards. If you do not have one of these cards, you can also pay by wire transfer or deposit at participating banks. Your debit/credit card will be charged until the reservation status shows “availability confirmed”. This will be reflected in your account statement, including the legend NILOMEX TOURS.

The rates published on www.nilomextours.com are quoted in different currencies. In case you wish to pay in any currency other than Mexican pesos, the amount shown will be informative according to the exchange rate established by nilomextours at that moment.

The amount of the transaction will be charged to your card in Mexican pesos at the exchange rate in effect on the day of the transaction. Please note that the amount that will appear on your credit card payment receipt may vary by up to three percent due to international currency exchange rate fluctuations. NILOMEXTOURS is not responsible for such fluctuation. You acknowledge that you have been informed of the exchange rate fluctuation and agree to the corresponding charge in Mexican pesos.

In case you require a tax invoice, you must request it from the agent assigned to your reservation at reservaciones@nilomextours.com the same month in which you have made your payment. It is worth mentioning that for fiscal reasons the invoices will be prepared after the corresponding payment has been generated.

Cancellation terms

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to the following e-mail address: reservaciones@nilomextours.com.

Any cancellation will generate an administrative charge of the total value of the contracted services in addition to the corresponding penalty assigned by the supplier, if applicable. If the amount of the reservation to be refunded is used for the purchase of another activity, NILOMEXTOURS will waive the percentage corresponding to administrative expenses, leaving only the penalty assigned by the corresponding supplier, if applicable.

A penalty would be incurred as follows:

  • Up to 25 working days prior to departure: Cancellation free of charge.
  • Within 24 – 15 working days of tour departure: 25 % of the total amount
  • Within 14-10 working days of tour departure: 50% of the total cost
  • Less than 08 working days prior to tour departure: 75% of the total price
  • With less than 06 days: 100 % of the total amount
  • Reservations cancelled 6 to 0 days prior to the date of service, regardless of the reason for cancellation, are subject to NO SHOW charge policies for which no refund will be made.

For tours that include domestic flights, after the reservation is signed and confirmed, a 50% cancellation fee per leg will be applied. Once the reservation is cancelled.
