CHARGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WITHOUT CHARGE (LOW/HIGH SEASON).
• ONE WEEK PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, CHARGE 50% OF THE PACKAGE (HIGH SEASON)
• FULL LOAD IF CUSTOMERS DO NOT ARRIVE AT DESTINATION ON THE INDICATED DAY.

VISA POLICY:

COLLECTIVE VISA (MINIMUM 5 PAX) the free collective visa will be applicable under the following conditions:

• A minimum stay of 48 hours in Jordan (between entry and departure).
• Customers must enter and exit from the same border and/or with the same flights (inbound and outbound). Any change in destination (optional excursion to Jerusalem, or change of the last night stay to a different city, or last minute change of flights, will affect the collective visa and in this case the clients with the change or those who left the program as is will pay the JDs40 or $60 visa upon departure at the airport.
• Passport data will need to be submitted (Full name as in the passport, date of birth, date of passport issuance, passport expiration date, passport number, and nationality).
• If the passport information is not sent, our agency will not be responsible for the processing of the visa.

NoteIt is important that the clients in case they have passport list wait for the rest of the group and stay with the assistant, if one of the clients escapes and pays his visa, it is possible that the rest of the group will have to pay the visa, and in this case we will not be responsible for the visa.

Customers' passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of entry, and the passport must have a minimum of 2 free pages.

Nationalities that cannot obtain a visa on arrival at the airport (Latinos) are (Dominican Republic, Colombians, Cubans and Belizeans) - in this case clients will have to obtain a visa from a Jordanian embassy prior to arrival in Jordan, passport details will have to be submitted at least 1 month prior to arrival in order to apply for an entry permit and visa from the Ministry of Interior in Jordan.

In case the arrival and departure are not with Royal Jordanian or Iberia from Madrid or Barcelona, customers will have to pay a private transfer supplement.

The order of the itinerary may be modified without prior notice, as well as the order of the visits, without altering the content of the program, which will be fully respected.
